Absolutely! Our youngest client is aged 12 with our most experienced being 92. Our team are experienced in supporting a wide demographic of clients from post-operative rehabilitation to neuromuscular conditions such as cerebral palsy.

I have a few aches and pains?

Personal training is safe for those with existing aches and pains. We understand the impact various lifestyles and sports have on your body and we’ll work with you to minimise their impact during your sessions. We assess your readiness for exercise with a quick health assessment and follow this up with a speedy movement screen to determine your unique starting point. The good news is those aches and pains usually disappear as we enhance your posture and movement capabilities.

Do I get sole use of the studio?

Yes! The studio is an exclusive space that allows you to experience personal training in comfort and privacy.

What is a typical personal training session like?

Our intelligently designed personal training sessions incorporate the full spectrum of training tools. We draw on a number of disciplines including Pilates, yoga and resistance training to create a totally unique exercise experienced based on your specific needs and goals. Do you offer a trial personal training experience?

Most definitely! We invite you to book a trial personal training session with your preferred Thame Fitness personal trainer. Your session provides you with the opportunity to visit the studio and learn more about the unique ways in which your trainer will support you.
